We’re excited to announce the 2025/26 Rage Fastpitch Coaching Staff! These coaches bring experience, passion, and leadership to help every athlete grow both on and off the field.

Rage 12U – Head Coach: Jake MacGlashing
Jake returns for his 4th year in the program, bringing great energy and consistency to our 12U team.

Rage 14U (1st Years) – Head Coach: Dani Lear | Assistant: Craig Pouliot
Dani, a former Rage player and a former four-year starting catcher at Endicott College, brings elite playing experience. Craig returns after assisting the 12U team last season.

Rage 14U (2nd Years) – Head Coach: Mike Curtain
Mike has coached with Rage for over five years and brings past college and high school coaching experience.

Rage 16U – Head Coach: Peter Dion | Assistant: Caitlin Dion
Peter returns after 8 years with Rage and is also a patched ASA Umpire. Caitlin, a Rage alum and current college player, adds a strong player development focus.

Rage 18U (1st Year Showcase) – Head Coach: Olivia Levasseur | Assistant: Halisa Carter
Olivia, a senior player at USM, has played with Rage since age 11. Halissa joined at 12 and is a versatile, all-position player. She’ll also lead winter strength & conditioning for Rage athletes.

Rage 18U (Committed Gold) – Head Coach: Julie Freitas | Assistant: Tyler Page
Julie, one of Rage’s original players from 2013, coaches at Pentucket HS. Tyler, a standout catcher and national club champ from UMass Amherst, brings high-level insight to the staff.
