Softball fielding and hitting instruction provided by Rage Fastpitch Coaches. Lessons are available Fridays & Saturdays
- Girls Strength Speed and Agility $149
Classes are 2xs per week, for middle and high school athletes. Mondays 6-7pm and Fridays 4-5pm 8 classes. Strength training builds power for hitting, throwing, and fielding, while speed and agility drills enhance quickness, reaction time, and ability to change direction.
- Base Running IQ (5TH-8TH) $25
Sharpen your speed, agility, and on-field instincts in this high-energy, drop-in base-running clinic. Athletes will learn proper running mechanics, explosive starts, smart lead-offs, and game-ready decision making. Perfect for players looking to boost confidence, improve efficiency on the base path.
