- Middle School Strength Speed & Agility $149
Classes are 2xs per week. Mondays 6-7pm and Fridays 4-5pm 8 classes. Strength training builds power for hitting, throwing, and fielding, while speed and agility drills enhance quickness, reaction time, and ability to change direction.
